Key Symptoms of Candida – The Truth About It

I have found on the internet that some people say there are 2 or 3 key symptoms of Candida. I don’t think there are any 2 or 3 KEY symptoms to Candida. I think we are all very different. As time goes by we start to experience more and more of the symptoms so by the time candida is systemic, it’s fairly easy to see common symptoms. Until that point, having the history that supports candida and having a few of the symptoms should be a good indication that you’re headed in the wrong direction.

In this article I will pass a true story of my friend showing her example that there is no such key symptoms of candida. Her candida symptoms began 10-15 years ago with allergies, sinus problems, and then intestinal problems. It wasn’t until about 5 years ago that she began symptoms of systemic candida (which she was never – yet – diagnosed with by her MD). She went to the doctor with – 15 symptoms within a 6 month period (including fatigue, bad allergies, dizziness, nausea, spacey feeling, anxiety/depression, chronic vaginal yeast infections, hypoglycemia, etc.).

He treated her for one thing at a time, gave me more antibiotics, which eventually made her sicker, and so on.

Again, that was (she believes) after the candida became systemic. She has even more symptoms now that more time has passed. Had she discovered this 10+ years ago, she doesn’t believe it would have ever become systemic and she would not have suffered the ill-effects she has.

So, if you don’t have many symptoms, but your naturopath thinks you have it, you’ve probably caught it early.
